Great news! The Gin Parlour opened on November 4 2023 and is open Friday from 5:30pm till late; Saturday from 2pm till late, Sunday from 2pm. The Avalon Restaurant and the Blue Mountains Gin Company have joined forces to create a cozy new gin bar and lounge. Housed in the lobby of the historic Savoy Theatre.
