Friday 01 May – Javier & The Wave

Javier & The Wave bring a feel-good, high-energy set built around reggae, Latin, rock and R&B influences, creating a sound that’s both uplifting and easy to settle into. Led by Chilean frontman Javier Rocha, the band blends rich rhythms, soulful melodies and a strong sense of connection, delivering performances that are as much about atmosphere as they are about music.

Expect smooth grooves, familiar rhythms and a laid-back, danceable vibe, the kind of set that carries you through the night without trying too hard.

Saturday 02 May – Nic Danta, Matt Tonks & Tommy Novak

Nic Danta is a Katoomba-based singer-songwriter who writes intimate stories of people and place influenced by Bob Dylan, Paul Kelly and Billy Bragg. Nic was a member of the Spooky Men’s Choral in the early years, and in 2024 toured the Northern Territory as part of a backing band for two indigenous performers, Ray Dimakarri Dixon and Stuart Nugget. Nic performs regularly across the Blue Mountains and Sydney, including Make Music Day, Winter Magic, at the Blue Mountains Folk Festival, and is a regular performer on the Men’s Mental Health Show on Blue FM.
Matt Tonks brings a rich, roots-driven sound shaped by folk, blues and alt-country influences, carried by warm vocals and thoughtful songwriting. A familiar face in the Blue Mountains music scene, his performances balance heart and craft, with a style that feels both grounded and quietly expansive.
Tommy Novak is a Sydney-based vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer known for his work in the band Sir Archer, composing for TV shows (Bondi Rescue, Muster Dogs), and performing at high-end events. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Music, he has worked with artists like James Bay and Damien Leith, specialising in soulful, acoustic performances.

Friday 08 May – Conrad MacDonald

Conrad MacDonald returns with a special set centred on classic country, drawing on the timeless sounds of artists who shaped the genre. With a warm, easy presence and a deep respect for the craft, Conrad brings these songs to life with a style that feels both familiar and quietly refined.

Saturday 09 May – Jarrah Smith

Indie Folk singer-songwriter who has returned to the mountains. A storyteller at heart, with music built on deeply poetic lyrics and intricate guitar playing. Music has always been Jarrah’s emotional outlet and tool for navigating mental health and personal development, with these themes woven throughout the songs.

Friday 15 May – Raduga Trio with special guests

Raduga Trio bring an energetic, genre-crossing performance grounded in the rich traditions of gypsy music, weaving together sounds from Gypsy Jazz, Balkan and Klezmer influences. Their music moves between spirited instrumentals and soulful melodies, creating a set that feels both worldly and deeply alive.

With accordion, guitar, clarinet, bass and layered vocals, every note is played live, no loops, no backing tracks, just a dynamic exchange between musicians and audience. Expect a lively, participatory atmosphere with plenty of rhythm, movement and moments that invite you in.

Special Guests – Pacopezants choir

Colourful and lively, the Pacopezants have been singing songs from Eastern Europe for over 30 years. Gathered round the kitchen table, with the fire burning, these women meet weekly to harmonise and laugh together.

Vinegar Hill bring a warm, acoustic sound shaped by rich vocal harmonies and a blend of folk, roots and Americana influences. Featuring Ethan Hannay and Skye Evans, the duo weave together guitar, double bass and layered vocals to create a sound that feels both intimate and quietly expansive.

Friday 29 May – Jimmi Carr

Jimmi Carr is a Blue Mountains-based singer-songwriter and producer. He has been performing since his teens and has released 7 albums under his own name, including the new album “Flight Cycle”, and 2 releases with his electronic/rock crossover project, Innamech. Jimmi’s music moves through Folk, World Music, Alt-Country, Funk and Rock. Jimmi’s music has received extensive airplay on stations including Triple J and FBi, and plenty of praise from critics. Rhythms magazine said of his recent album, “Clever songs. Quirky arrangements. Carr’s genius is to meld diverse elements into something quite unique.

Saturday 30 May – Scott Brinkley’s ‘Tree of Us’

Scott Brinckley’s “Tree of Us” bring an easy blend of soul groove and timeless jazz, featuring Pete Kennard on electric drums, Grace Young on fretless bass, and Scott on guitar and vocals. Expect well-loved jazz standards with a contemporary feel and a touch of improvisation, the kind of sound that settles you in for the night. Scott and Grace, both graduates of Southern Cross University’s Contemporary Music program, reconnected by chance in a Mount Victoria shop a couple of years ago, and have been playing together ever since.

Tim Hay is a husky-voiced singer-songwriter known for playful, inventive covers that bridge contemporary hits and classic favourites. With a smoky alto and a knack for unexpected arrangements, Tim turns familiar songs into fresh stories. Tim is fast becoming a crowd favourite in Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Central West.

Friday 19 June – The Art of Joinery – Gaines Post & Chris Emmerson

6.30 – 8.30 PM

Based in the upper Blue Mountains, The Art of Joinery is an acoustic duo whose individual parts are Chris Emmerson and Gaines Post. They perform a mix of original songs, covers, and instrumentals, and through all of it, their focus is on joining their respective sounds and musical minds synergistically—with the intention of producing a combined effect that is greater than the sum of its parts, not unlike kintsugi (金継ぎ, “golden joinery”) or rigorously-crafted woodworks.

BONNIEDOON are an Australian indie rock n soul band who have evolved from the community and creativity of the beautiful Blue Mountains, Darug and Gundungurra land. BONNIEDOON satisfy their audience with powerhouse vocals, soulfully solid guitar rhythms and smooth bass notes all backed up by tastefully delivered drumbeats. Their music tells stories of life, love, and loss. They are not to be missed!

Blue Mallee are a genre-blending duo weaving indie rock, ambient textures and folk roots into something all their own. Known for evocative storytelling, rich vocals and a touch of humour, their live sets move between heartfelt and playful with ease.

They’ve played festivals across NSW and shared stages with artists including The Black Sorrows and Ash Grunwald, building a loyal following along the way. Their debut release Shout That Whisper / Questions Of Fear has been warmly received, capturing the same cinematic, alt-folk sound they bring to the stage.
