Distillery Tours: 1. Behind the Scenes Tour available for 2+ guests OR 2. A Meet the Makers Tour for 6 + guests.

Both tours are available on a Saturday afternoon and offer an intimate behind-the-scenes experience of our craft spirits. 🍸 For bookings please contact Jann on 0457 486 587.

Cocktail Classes are available for groups of 10 or more, offering a fun, hands-on experience in the art of mixing craft cocktails. 🍸 These classes are offered each Saturday however, special arrangements outside of these days can be discussed for people who would like to “learn the craft of cocktail-making”- please contact Jann on 0457 486 587.

THE FACTORY BAR is Blue Mountains Gin Company’s venue at north Katoomba.

Literally a factory building transformed, the bar has a stylish, industrial-inspired vibe that exudes a raw, urban charm. With metal and raw timber walls, steel beams, high ceiling and vintage machinery elements, The Factory Bar combines the gritty appeal of an old manufacturing plant with cool, contemporary comfort.

Blue Mountains Gin Company spirits are made in the distillery on site. The Factory Bar provides a great platform for our award winning products. We also sell locally produced wine, beer and cider (Pinot Grigio, Shiraz, Rose wines & IPAs, Lagers, Stout beer & Scrumpy Cider ).
