Step into a warm, intimate evening where style meets spirit. This special collaboration brings together Zoe Clare and Blue Mountains Gin Company for a two-hour experience designed to be equal parts relaxed, social, and a little indulgent.
Start your evening with a welcome cocktail in hand as you settle in to the sounds of live music. From there, Zoe Clare will bring a thoughtfully curated and interactive styling experience to the evening, designed to feel personal, relaxed, and genuinely inspiring. Led by founder Jen Whitehouse, this engaging session will explore personal style in an approachable way, touching on key winter trends, wardrobe planning, and the importance of choosing pieces with longevity in mind. With a few live styling moments woven throughout, the experience is less about rules and more about creating confidence and connection—offering guests a fresh perspective on dressing with ease, intention, and individuality.
As the evening unfolds, enjoy a curated selection of canapés prepared by The Factory Bar Chef, Seb Molloy, good conversation, and that easy flow that happens when everything just comes together.

Step in out of the winter chill and into our working distillery for a special Winter Magic experience. This one-hour session is designed to give you a taste of everything, a behind-the-scenes look at how we craft our spirits, followed by a hands-on cocktail class.
You’ll start with a 30-minute guided tour with Blue Mountains Gin Company founders Harry & Jann, exploring how our small-batch gin and vodka are made, from botanicals through to the final pour. Then it’s time to step behind the bar for a 30-minute cocktail-making class, where you’ll shake and enjoy your own limited-edition Winter Magic cocktail.
