Step in out of the winter chill and into our working distillery for a special Winter Magic experience. This one-hour session is designed to give you a taste of everything, a behind-the-scenes look at how we craft our spirits, followed by a hands-on cocktail class.

You’ll start with a 30-minute guided tour with Blue Mountains Gin Company founders Harry & Jann, exploring how our small-batch gin and vodka are made, from botanicals through to the final pour. Then it’s time to step behind the bar for a 30-minute cocktail-making class, where you’ll shake and enjoy your own limited-edition Winter Magic cocktail.

The Tinkers bring the spirit of Ireland to life with an energetic mix of traditional acoustic music, from foot-stomping reels, jigs and hornpipes to stirring rebel songs and heartfelt ballads. Featuring a lineup of highly respected musicians with deep roots in the Irish and Australian folk scenes, their performances are equal parts musical mastery, storytelling and good craic.

The band has performed at major festivals, galleries, distilleries and venues across Australia, including MONA in Hobart, Folk by the Sea, the Illawarra Folk Festival, Nolan on Lovel Gallery in Katoomba, Joadja Winery, The Lark Distillery and numerous Irish cultural events. Their rich blend of vocals, fiddle, banjo, bouzouki, bodhrán and guitar creates an authentic Irish music experience that will have you singing along one moment and dancing the next.
