Step behind the still and discover the magic of how your favourite spirits are made! On this 45-minute guided tour, you’ll explore our working distillery, learn how we craft our small-batch gin and vodka, and uncover the secrets behind our signature botanicals.

From grain to glass, you’ll see every step of the process — with plenty of delicious aromas along the way. Of course, no tour is complete without a tasting flight of our award-winning spirits (and maybe a cheeky cocktail to finish).

Hosted by founders Harry and Jann Dillon, this experience goes beyond the distillery floor to explore the inspiration, challenges, and passion behind building one of the Blue Mountains’ most recognised craft spirit brands.

You’ll enjoy a guided distillery tour, hear firsthand stories from the founders, learn about the art and science of distilling, and sample a curated tasting flight of our award-winning spirits.

This experience is ideal for corporate groups, celebrations, clubs, and special occasions.

Tour Includes:

• Exclusive guided tour hosted by Harry and Jann Dillon
• Behind-the-scenes insights into the creation of Blue Mountains Gin Company
• Distilling demonstrations and stories from the founders
