Blue Mountains Gin Company’s Ginger Beer range now has a stylish newcomer, Gin Gin Ginger Devil Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
The new product is unique and marks a bold step into new territory for the brand.
The video shows Gin Gin, made in collaboration with Katoomba Brewery, moving through the production line at the brewery premises in the Carrington Hotel at Katoomba.
As per the video, an automated system fills hundreds of cans with the ginger beer, fastens the lids, caps four-packs and pushes them on to be packed in cartons.
Gin Gin is a unique product built on 57% ‘navy strength’ gin made at our distillery in north Katoomba. However, its final strength is 6%, with 1.6 standard drinks in a 250ml can.
Gin Gin is an innovative move for the collaborative partners, which have previously produced Ginger Devil Ginger Beer and Ginger Devil Spiced Ginger Beer, both award recipients at the 2026 RAS NSW drinks show judging.
“We’ve broken new ground with Gin Gin and once again we are appreciative of the chance to collaborate on exciting new products with Katoomba Brewery,” said Blue Mountains Gin Company co-owner Jann Dillon.
Gin Gin Ginger Devil Ginger Beer is on sale at the gin company’s Factory Bar at 24 Whitton Street, north Katoomba, and at the Carrington Hotel cellars in Parke Street Katoomba.
