You don’t need a fully stocked bar to make something exceptional — just a few simple ingredients and a bottle from the Blue Mountains Gin Company.
Our small-batch spirits capture the crisp air, native botanicals, and wild heart of the mountains, distilled right here in Katoomba.

Whether you’re partial to a classic gin & tonic or want to try something a little more adventurous, these at-home recipes will bring the spirit of the Blue Mountains to your glass.
