Saturday 1 November
Live Music: The River Li
Ease into the new month with the soulful sounds of River Li, setting the tone for a relaxed Saturday night.
Food Truck: Porkies food truck
Grab one of their legendary loaded fries or burgers to pair with your favourite Blue Mountains Gin cocktail.
Friday 7 November
5:30 pm – Live Music: Conrad & Tanisha Acoustic Tribute to the hits of the 1950s.
Enjoy a night of nostalgic 1950s tunes as this talented duo brings a touch of vintage charm to the bar. Perfect with a Classic G&T or a Mountain Devil Martini.
Saturday 15 November
Extended Trading Hours – 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm
We’re trialling extended hours, so come and make the most of a longer evening session at the distillery.
6:30 pm – Live Music: Mountain Jazz Quartet
Expect smooth jazz grooves and a lively atmosphere — ideal for groups or date night drinks.
Saturday 22 November
1:00 pm – Classical Music: Spring String Fling

6:30 pm – Live Music: James Emerson Trio
Ease into the evening with this accomplished trio blending blues, soul, and folk influences.
Friday 28 November
Food Truck: Avli Eats (Greek)

Saturday 29 November
6:30 pm – Live Music: Cymbrogi
